If you need some help in hoarde mode then you can use theese tips:
Boom sheilds:
1.Boom sheilds do not like being placed down on bidies of other weapons(they wont place).
2. Boom sheilds are VERY usefull if placed in narrow hallways so that the enemy cannot get through.(place them with the handel facing the enemie and hop over it or else drones will just kick it over).
3. When trying to keep a base when placing a boom sheild keep in mind to try to place it in a place with ammunition in it so you can refill. But also when looking for a spot keep in mind the amount of boom sheilds you will need in order to block it off and depending on the place it could be worth it to place 2 or 3 boom sheilds in one area in order to keep a strong base.
Weapons:
1.As i said before to keep a base with good weapons and ammo will help you alot with your hoarde completion.
2. I suggjest always carrieng a lancer AND a hammerburst (the primary locust gun) instead of lancer and shotgun because the lancer and hammaer burst get somthing like 100 bullets after every round so this helps with your ammunition useage.
Making a strong base
1. a base is usualy made by an area ith only 1 or 2 entrances that are blocked by boom sheilds.
2. When making theese it is suggjested that you make it with an area that spawns ammo so you dont have to leave your base.
3.bases are usually made in areas with lots of cover so that you have a chance to heal
